Retention of information

We retain enquiry, quotation, report-request and marketing information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to meet applicable contractual, accounting, legal and regulatory requirements.

Active marketing information will be reviewed after 6 months. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data-retention procedures.

If you unsubscribe or object to direct marketing, we may retain limited information, such as your email address and the date of your request, on a suppression list. This information is retained only where necessary to ensure that your marketing objection continues to be respected and that you are not unintentionally added back to future marketing communications.
