Parkacre awarded ‘Best Contract Nutraceutical Manufacturer’ in the 2020 Midlands Enterprise Awards

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Best Contract Nutraceutical Manufacturer in the 2020 Midlands Enterprise Awards, created by SME News; the awards celebrate the local talent of the Midlands and its flourishing business community.

This award celebrates another hugely successful year for Parkacre in challenging circumstances and sets us up for a prosperous 2021. During a time when the vitamins, minerals and supplements (VMS) market is becoming increasingly saturated, this award highlights our dedication to innovation and strategic growth, as well as our commitment to delivering products and services that answer our diverse customers’ needs.

In its third year of running the awards, SME News claims that The Midlands Awards have proven to be one of the most popular regions outside of London, not only for the emerging companies and start-ups but for its attraction and popularity to the public.

The award highlights our achievements in 2020, which include the launch of our first licensed brands with ViacomCBS in the UK and Republic of Ireland. The launch included two fun and innovative ranges of kids’ vitamins featuring the PAW Patrol and SpongeBob SquarePants brands, with Holland & Barrett as the exclusive UK launch partner. In 2021 we are looking forward to expanding the ranges into more retailers and global markets.

Looking to the future we want to maintain our growth and success, which is why we are undertaking a major expansion of the new Parkacre Village throughout 2021, including the construction of a new warehouse and innovation centre, to create an additional 85 jobs for the East Midlands community. The new Village will offer some great facilities for Parkacre employees, such as training studio, gym, health supplements shop, new offices, meeting rooms, reception etc.
